Delivery Charges
Orders of $150 or
more:
FREE when delivered within Houston area during
normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM to
6PM).
Orders of less than
$150:
$20 delivery fee and a $20 pickup fee
If you need us to pick up the equipment. $15
service fee when delivery and pickup fee
If you need us to make sure equipment is
connected and working fine. We encourage you to
pick up your order from us from our GCI office.
We only ask that you confirm your order is ready
for pickup before arriving at our office.
Early morning
delivery fees:
7AM to 9AM : $50 per delivery person.
After hours delivery
fees:
5 PM to 11PM : $50 per delivery person.
11PM to 7AM : $100 per delivery person.
Weekend and holiday
delivery fees:
$100 per delivery person.
Out of area
deliveries:
For delivery outside of Houston there is a
mileage surcharge of $2 per mile ($25 minimum)
plus tolls.
HOW TO ORDER:
New Accounts:
New clients must fill out a New Account Rental
Application Form. Print and fill out appropriate
application then fax it to our new accounts
department at 713-779-6226. If equipment is
being delivered to an address that is NOT the
billing address of the credit card you use, then
you must also submit our credit card application
form.
Order Placement:
Just call our order department at 713-779-8444
or 1-800-521-2246 Monday to Friday from 9AM to
6PM.
Payment: Payment is due upon order placement. We
accept all major credit cards.
